　　The Responsibility for Us

　　Last year I learned a lot of things. However, the most important is the attitude which our staffs should be owned- dare undertake responsibility.

　　It isn’t everyone wants to bear the responsibility due to ability or weak character. But at the new developing conditions, as young stuffs, we should stand the front of difficulty when our company goes into the market and in the presence of competition.

　　At first, a lot of new problems will emerge with the developing of company. Maybe the problem couldn’t solve by past experience. therefore, we need to learning new knowledge and technology. For example, it is the first time work in petrochemcal main company for our company. So every work details need to learn. As new stuff, I begin to learn new method about antiseptic with my teacher. We have looked up about 50 standards book to confirm the constructing detail, and we stay at the construction site to teach the worker. In this way, we fulfil all tasks. Actually, developing new method is equal to developing yourself.

　　Secondly, do not afraid of suffer from nervous and busy work. Since 20xx,our company begin to apply Delicacy Management. We all know that working at project department take no any holiday, every workmates are so busy. But we still should abandon the extensive management , and learning the method of delicacy management. Maybe it will cost a lot of resting time, but we will get more benefit after knowing the method well. At last, the most important, we should devote ourself to our company. We give heart to our company, we will obtain more nice harvest, thank you for everyone.

　　Today I want to talk about the responsibility of the contemporary youth. Someone may doubt that the young people have a little responsibility, but it’s been just the opposite, the young people are carrying too much responsibility.

　　Well, I must say that we have a responsibility for ourselves. The contemporary young people are stressed out, and we have to work hard to make a living. As a student of us, so long as we choose study, then we have a responsibility to complete our studies seriously and steadfastly, so that we do not give your life left sorry. We have grown up with physical and mental health ,and that is inseparable from all kinds of hardship parents endured . so we should not shirk any responsibility of love and care .

　　As the common saying goes ,”every man alive has a duty to his country . ”This sentence reflects forefathers’ love of country and strong sense of responsibility. We young students are in the modern world now, and do we still have sense of responsibility for our country? The answer is yes. Young people are the future of the motherland, we young people should innovate bravely, love deeply the motherland, then it’s important that we should have a strong sense of responsibility for our motherland. So long as we have a strong sense of responsibility for the country, we could be full of blood to learn knowledge, to build our country.

　　We should not adapt to this society simply, not be easy in our circumstances now, we have responsibility to change our society, to make people's lives less pain, more happiness. Thus, the Chinese nation will be more powerful and prosperous!

　　Responsibility is a badge of honor for youth, let us always wear it to go our own journey of life ......
